Individual appointments are only 15 minutes long – if you have several issues of concern that need to be addressed at your visit, please consider booking a double appointment to allow adequate  time for the doctor to deal with your concerns properly and professionally - a double appointment can be booked in advance of your consultation at a reduced rate.

If your appointment contains more than 1 issue and runs overtime, you may be charged an additional fee for the time taken by the Doctor to address your concerns.

When you need to see the doctor during weekdays, please phone the surgery as early as possible and you will be given an appointment to attend.

Also, all of our appointments are for one person only  – please inform the reception staff if you have a second person to be seen -  this may require an additional appointment slot.

Nurse appointments can be booked in multiples of 15 minutes to create longer appointments if required.
