Medical Case Review and Single Discipline Assessments

Assessments completed as part of a client’s vocational rehabilitation that assess what a client’s functional capacity is related to specific job options. These assessments currently include:

1. Clinical Review of Fitness for Work

2. Initial Medical Assessment

3. Vocational Independence Medical Assessments

4. Provide rehabilitation recommendations

Assessments that can occur at any time during a client’s rehabilitation to assess what the cause of a client’s injury is and/or what the cause is of their on going incapacity.
